How do I place an order?
Send us an email with what you would like including; colour, hardware and sizing. We will confirm the details and get started right away! Our lead time for orders is one week. We currently offer local pickup or delivery in Hamilton, Ontario. We can ship upon request!
How do I pick the correct collar size?
Our collars are measured from the end of the buckle to each hole. As an example, our medium collar would have holes ranging from 16-20". If your dog's neck circumference (using a soft measuring tape and leaving a bit of space for comfort) is 18", it would fit the middle hole on the medium collar size. Feel free to reach out if you need a custom size or have additional questions.
